Jordan Taradash CEO & Co-founder

Jordan holds a BS in finance from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh. His primary role is to drive a positively disruptive vision that meets the needs and goals of all of PeopleOne's stakeholders. "There is a deep and rapidly transforming relationship between organizations and the people who power those organizations. We are here to maximize the value both parties realize in that relationship."

Dean HatcherPresident

Dean Hatcher joined PeopleOne Health after spending time as a consultant for the company. Hatcher, a native of western Pennsylvania, graduated from
Slippery Rock University and California University of Pennsylvania. He worked for
MedExpress for 14 years, with the last four between 2018 and 2022 as president. He also
was in hospital leadership roles with Encompass Health before joining MedExpress.

DeniseMirtich

Denise Mirtich Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Denise brings more than 25 years of experience to guide, develop, and implement dynamic data driven strategies for PeopleOne Health's partners and clients. Prior to joining the team, she led the Informatics Practice for Oswald Companies, which consisted of Health Management Solutions, Data Analytics and Technology Solutions. Within PeopleOne Health, her focus will be to empower clients with vital and relevant information to make crucial business decisions, to focus on developing an ecosystem to support an alternative health care delivery model, and to increase engagement and member satisfaction.

Denise earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Baldwin-Wallace University. She achieved her Executive MBA degree from Baldwin-Wallace University. Additionally, she holds a Certificate of Leadership and Project Management from Cleveland State University. She is licensed in Variable Life, Accident and Health in the state of Ohio. She actively participates in raising awareness and funds for cancer research through Velosano and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation through Play for PINK.

Suzanne Morgan, DOChief Medical Officer

Dr. Suzanne Morgan is a board-certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree in 2004 at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice in 2007 at Doctors Hospital of Stark County. Dr. Morgan has practiced in traditional hospital-owned solo and group practices, including working for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. She's held positions as primary care, family practice and urgent care physician. Dr. Morgan also serves as clinical assistant professor at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. Knowing that patients need to understand the purpose of health goals as well as possess the tools to make those goals reality, Dr. Morgan wanted to be a part of the Everside Health model. She is passionate about helping patients achieve wellness and wants to help people address any obstacles to their health and well-being. In her personal time, Dr. Morgan enjoys reading science and medical fiction. She likes to relax and spend time with family on fishing trips and other traveling adventures. On her bucket list is a drive through the west to see the national parks she's not yet visited.

Chris Downie

Chris Downie Co-founder

Chris is the founder and CEO of SparkPeople, where he and his team "spark" millions of people to reach their goals and lead healthier lives. After earning a BA degree from the University of Cincinnati, Downie went to work for Procter and Gamble, where he used proven health, goal-setting and motivation techniques to get fit, manage stress and create the fuel he needed to reach his goals. Inspired by his success, Downie left P&G to co-found an Internet company that became eBay's only pre-IPO acquisition. With the freedom and capital to do whatever he wanted, Downie founded SparkPeople in 2001. His innovations include SparkCoach, a personalized virtual coaching program that helps people reach their goals, and SparkAmerica, a national campaign to help people get more exercise, eat healthier foods, and enjoy active, healthy lives. Today, SparkPeople has evolved into PeopleOne Health, integrating health and wellness and clinical care.

Patrick Reilly

Patrick Reilly Co-founder & Managing Partner

Patrick brings a wealth of insurance industry and business experience to his role as managing partner of PeopleOne Health A licensed insurance broker since 1988, he previously worked as Vice President of Sales and Development for The P&A Group, a national employee benefit consulting and administration company. He is also a certified faculty member at Lorman Education Services, which provides continuing education credits for brokers, accountants, attorneys, and human resources staff serving the health insurance industry. Patrick holds licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, Maine, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and California.
