Company appoints James Rowley as Chief Technology Officer, Dan Smolczynski as Chief Financial Officer, and Sidney Mosher as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer; co-founder Chris Downie moves into Chief Product Officer role

The company has appointed James Rowley as Chief Technology Officer and Dan Smolczynski as Chief Financial Officer, welcomed Sidney Mosher as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and advanced co-founder Chris Downie into the role of Chief Product Officer.

Senior leadership appointments include:
- James Rowley, Chief Technology Officer. With more than 25 years of technology leadership, Rowley has built and scaled engineering teams across multiple industries, most recently serving as Interim Head of Engineering at Cofertility and Interim CTO at Niche, a leader in connecting colleges and schools with students and families. At PeopleOne Health, he will guide the evolution of the company’s digital ecosystem to empower physicians and enhance member engagement.
- Dan Smolczynski, Chief Financial Officer. Smolczynski brings 20+ years of financial leadership experience in founder-led and private-equity-backed healthcare organizations. He most recently served as CFO at Spear Physical Therapy, where he led multi-site expansion and operational growth. At PeopleOne Health, he will oversee financial strategy, growth planning, and performance management to support sustainable expansion.
- Sidney Mosher, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Mosher joins PeopleOne Health from Hello Heart, where she served as Associate General Counsel. She will lead the company’s legal, compliance, and governance functions to support PeopleOne Health’s continued growth and partnerships.
- Chris Downie, Chief Product Officer. As a co-founder, Downie has been central to PeopleOne Health’s care model and member experience. In his new role, he will drive product strategy and innovation to deliver more personalized, efficient care to employers and members alike.
