PeopleOne Health is gearing up for significant expansion, with plans to open multiple new locations across Pennsylvania and Ohio. The company, which operates on a direct primary care model, secured $8 million in Series A funding from Claritas Health Ventures to fuel this growth. PeopleOne Health, formerly known as Empower360, has grown from four offices to six and aims to have at least 18 offices by the end of the following year. This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to making preventive care more accessible through a membership-based model that eliminates traditional insurance complexities.
The planned expansion goes beyond Pennsylvania and Ohio, as the company is in talks with school districts in Indiana and Florida for potential direct-care contracts. CEO Jordan Taradash highlights the company’s strategy of offering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare solutions that benefit both employers and employees. By focusing on preventive care and wellness, PeopleOne Health aims to reshape healthcare delivery in the regions it serves, making healthcare more accessible and affordable for all.
