He is known for transforming product strategy, mentoring top talent, and aligning technical execution with business goals—most notably at companies like Worklete, Gliffy, ClearCare, Siebel Systems, and CrossWorlds. With deep expertise in SaaS architecture, AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure, and organizational scale-up, James is also a trusted partner to boards and CEOs navigating growth, change, and innovation.
